I have been an HR manager for many years and have experience from HR departments in large and international and local companies. This includes various roles such as HR leader, HR BP, consultant and as part of the local and Nordic leadership teams.
I have in-depth practical experience with implementing strategic and functional initiatives and providing guidance on a range of HR topics, practices and cases.
I am experienced in driving organizational transformations through leaders/middle managers, leadership teams and teams in general. I have served as a trusted advisor and coach to executives and directors.
I am skilled at solving challenges between teams and handling difficult situations across the organization.
