This is what you can expect from our collaboration!
As a person, I am open, accommodating, observant and find it easy to talk about what is difficult. I am goal-oriented when I am given a task and make sure that the plan and budget are connected. My drive and my professionalism are high, and I have a natural will and desire to make things succeed. I prioritize that there is honesty and confidentiality around me, and I am good at explaining, asking questions and creating a safe space to help what fills the light.
The interaction drives me
It is the interaction between people that has driven and motivated me throughout my working life – and it still does. I am passionate about making a positive and constructive difference with the aim of making processes, collaboration and attitude flow better and easier. This applies to managers, employees and the organization as a whole
Collaboration is based on trust
Mutual trust is to for me to be able to solve the task optimally. I don’t make revolutions, but I focus on what needs to be addressed so that it becomes possible to move forward. I have a keen eye for the balance between employer and employee to ensure that the company both survives and is attractive as a workplace and thus able to retain employees.
My efforts save time
In my experience time can be saved when I am involved as early as possible in the process.
For example, it can be creating communication packages and plans for major changes/transformations, for the benefit of both managers and employees in the organization, to ensure momentum and avoid frustrations, etc.
This also applies to employees and when working with teams. When there is a need for development or if there are conflicts, it is important to uncover what the underlying causes may be and how it can be solved to move forward in a good way. Because you have to move on.
It costs a surprising amount of time and energy for the affected employees and thus also for the employer. There is so much to be gained by investing in this, and the money that is used is quickly recouped.
